About the Role Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of key clients, identify new business opportunities, structure appropriate solutions, and maintain strong portfolio quality through disciplined monitoring and risk management. This senior role offers meaningful influence on client growth and portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients. · Manage and grow an assigned portfolio in line with revenue, profitability, and quality targets. · Originate new business through referrals, networking, market engagement, and proactive prospecting. · Understand clients’ financial needs and coordinate suitable lending, investment, or advisory solutions. · Prepare high-quality proposals, credit submissions, portfolio reports, and management updates. · Monitor account performance, covenant compliance, arrears, concentration risk, and emerging warning signs. · Lead portfolio reviews and implement timely remedial actions where required. · Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer due-diligence standards. · Collaborate with credit, risk, operations, legal, and finance teams to deliver excellent client outcomes. · Provide market insight and contribute to product development and commercial strategy.
