Detailing the administration's active legislative and institutional framework, officials highlighted that Zambia's roadmap—aligned with national development strategies—has focused heavily on strengthening criminal justice infrastructure and expanding access to justice for all citizens. Key structural updates include the ongoing appointment of qualified judges to superior courts, the physical construction and modernization of regional court infrastructure, and the operational rollout of specialized judicial bodies such as the Financial Crimes Court and the Economic and Financial Crimes Division to robustly tackle illicit financial flows and corruption.
