Tonse Pamodzi Alliance Secretary General Celestine Mukandila has formally entered a plea of not guilty to four criminal counts brought against him in the Lusaka Magistrates' Court. Mr. Mukandila, aged 36 and practicing as a lawyer, appeared before Resident Magistrate Anna Holland to answer to allegations including forgery and the uttering of false documents.
